To ensure the booking process runs smoothly, please have your desired date, time, and location ready for your party or event beforehand. Please note that our dinosaur is only available for weekend party bookings.

To secure availability for your party, we suggest making a reservation as early as possible. Our dinosaur's schedule fills up fast, so don't wait to book!

Upon receiving your reservation request, we will review our availability schedule and confirm the dates and times of your booking via email or text message.

Please keep in mind that the pricing/quote for your dinosaur party is solely determined by the location of your event. For additional information regarding travel fees, please refer to our Policies page.

Please make sure that there is sufficient space available at the event location to accommodate our 14-foot-long, 8-foot-tall dinosaur, as he is quite sizable! Please note that we only book parties and events that are on the ground floor.

To ensure smooth unpacking/packing and easy access to the party, we request that front parking be reserved at the event location for our Dino truck.
STEP 7
To secure your desired date and time, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. Please note that we do not hold dates without a deposit, and it is essential to put down the deposit to secure your reservation.
STEP 8
After accepting the quote, we will send you a booking agreement form, which you should review carefully for accuracy. Please sign, date, and return the form via email.
STEP 9
During the week of your event, as well as the day prior and the day of the event, we will contact you via call or text to confirm that everything is going as planned.
STEP 10
We will maintain constant communication with you to ensure that everyone is ready for our Jurassic Dinosaur entrance into the party.
STEP 11
After everyone is ready, our Dinosaur will make a grand entrance into the crowd with RAWWWWR'ING sounds to ensure that your child's special day is unforgettable and fantastic!
STEP 12
Finally, please ensure that all phones are fully charged and ready for taking pictures and videos, so that everyone can capture the exciting moments of the Jurassic Dino Day!
